
Janna Paschal is an Associate at the Dewey Square Group’s state and local affairs practice. She brings both public and private sector experience to DSG where she works closely with Minyon Moore and other members to help our clients build and strengthen relationships with elected officials, corporations, non-profit organizations, third party and key constituency groups.
Paschal began her career in public service in 1998 as a Presidential Appointee in the William J. Clinton Administration. During President Clinton’s administration she served as scheduler for Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman, as Assistant Scheduler for First Lady Hillary Clinton, and lastly as Special Assistant to Jim Harmon, President of the Export Import Bank.
Before joining the Dewey Square Group in 2004, Paschal worked with Kate Michelman at NARAL Pro-Choice America. She worked closely with Kate on the planning for a march on the National Mall, “March to Save Women’s Lives”. This March was successful in gathering over 1,000,000 women from around the country and opened an important dialogue about women’s rights in this country.
