Kevin Mulvey

Kevin Mulvey is a principal in the Dewey Square Group’s government relations practice. A veteran lobbyist, Mulvey represents DSG clients on a variety of legal and policy matters involving federal and state government.

Mulvey has represented client interests in healthcare, energy, technology, the food and beverage industry and the environment. Prior to joining DSG, Mulvey spent two years as Vice President at Fort Hill Advisors, providing executive, legislative, municipal and regulatory advocacy services for Coca-Cola, Siemens, Target, SAS and Phoenix House. He was also Legislative Counsel in the Boston office of the Government Law & Strategies Practice Group for the law firm of Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels.

Mulvey also served as general counsel to the Retailers Association of Massachusetts, where he lobbied for the state’s retail employers, and as treasurer to the Massachusetts Retail Institute, a not-for-profit charity. He was also the legislative director of the Massachusetts Department of Correction.

Mulvey’s experience includes service as a research analyst to the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he focused on public safety-related legislation.
