Minyon Moore

Minyon Moore heads the Dewey Square Group's successful state and local affairs and multicultural marketing practice areas.

One of the country's top strategists, Moore's background includes experience as Chief Operating Officer of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Director of White House Political Affairs and Assistant to President Bill Clinton. Moore helps DSG clients build key partnerships and strategies at the state and local level.

Moore began her White House career as Deputy Director of Political Affairs and before joining the Clinton Administration, she was the DNC's National Political Director during the 1996 election cycle.

In 1984 and 1988, Moore was an advisor to the presidential campaign of Rev. Jesse Jackson, serving as the National Deputy Field Director in 1988. She was also the Convention Coordinator for the 1988 Jackson campaign and a special assistant to Jackson's Convention Manager, Ronald H. Brown. During the 1988 general election, Moore served as Governor Michael Dukakis' National Deputy Field Director.

Moore is a native of Chicago and has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
