Avery Smith

Avery Smith is an Associate in Dewey Square Group's Boston office.

Prior to joining the firm, Avery worked on municipal campaigns across Massachusetts, including managing a mayoral race. In his home state of Vermont, he gained nonprofit experience supporting racial justice and served as a legal assistant for a litigation-focused firm.

Avery earned a B.S. in Public Relations from Emerson College with minors in Political Science and Pre-law. During his time at Emerson, he was selected as a Dean's Fellow for Racial Justice and Leadership, inducted into the Purple Key Leadership Society, and played varsity baseball.
