Lisa Mushaw

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the national public policy sector and deep knowledge of the entertainment and hospitality industries, Lisa Mushaw leverages her multi-sector networks to develop advocacy strategies at the state and local levels. She is a master of multicultural stakeholder engagement, event management, strategic communication and campaign management at the state and federal levels to achieve the policy goals, objectives and programs of our clients.
As a principal at the firm, Lisa co-chairs Dewey Square Group's DEI Council and is the co-lead to DSG's mentor/mentee program, where she leads strategies and activities to foster more inclusivity supporting staff of all backgrounds.
In 2001, Lisa founded Millennium Tek, Inc., a company specializing in IT services, facilities management, event planning, and management consulting services to the federal government. As an appointee in the Clinton Administration, Lisa served as an advisor to Dan Glickman, former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, as the Director of Advisory Board and Commissions in the White House Liaison office. Lisa was honored for her ability to identify the needs of the advisory board and to restructure the vetting process within the USDA, ensuring timely nominations and appointments.
Lisa, a certified Sommelier, launched "Treasures of Tuscany an Epicurean Voyage" a one-week vacation and culinary program in Italy, where participants are given extensive exposure to Italian cuisine while discovering the physical beauty and traditions that are uniquely Tuscan.
