Minnah Sheikh

Minnah Sheikh is a Senior Associate in Dewey Square Group's Boston office, where she supports clients through public affairs strategies, grassroots organizing, and coalition building.

Minnah brings experience from across Massachusetts politics, having managed and supported more than ten electoral and issue-based campaigns across the Commonwealth, including municipal races, state representative and state senate contests, statewide candidate campaigns, and ballot question initiatives. Before joining DSG full-time, she worked on two high-profile statewide ballot campaigns, leading endorsement strategy across the North Shore. She also served as a community captain on Senator Ed Markey's 2020 re-election campaign and as a regional organizing director during the 2022 gubernatorial cycle.

Outside of electoral work, Minnah served as the organizing lead for A Healthier Democracy, registering low-income patients for federal benefits enrollment across 10 health clinics in Boston and Houston.

A proud Revere native, Minnah helped elect Mayor Patrick Keefe and now serves as Chair of the Revere Democratic City Committee, as well as a member of the Massachusetts Democratic State Committee.

She graduated from Wesleyan University in 2025 with a B.A. in Government and Economics.
