Known for its rich political history, Boston is the birthplace of the Dewey Square Group. 

While DSG has developed a national profile with offices across the country and contacts in all 50 states, our work in our hometown remains an important part of our foundation.  Our professionals have taken part in the development and execution of diverse efforts for a variety of for-profit and non-profit clients, such as public affairs programs, grassroots campaigns using on the ground organization and the latest technology, and strategies to navigate the complex regulatory and community relations process for the siting of cutting-edge energy facilities and other major development projects.

Work in Massachusetts and Beyond

DSG developed and implemented the political strategy to guide the only major private-sector project ever allowed to be constructed across Massachusetts Bay and Boston Harbor: a natural gas pipeline. Our work included navigating the complicated federal, state and local regulatory process to successful completion and building sufficient broad-based support to ensure that there were no legal appeals filed against the project.
